Answers:
Actually, I don't know if this really answers your question at all, but you want to do anything that brings you out of your comfort zone!. So, if you find yourself in a routine walk when the treadmill is parallel, change it to decline!. Then when the decline gets easy, let the treadmill go flat, then speed it up till you feel the burn!. Whatever is more difficult for you, is what's burning the most calories!. Don't get complacent; do different things that challenge your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not hold onto the bars!.!.!.!.it creates a bad body position and doesn't give you the workout!.!.!.!.so faster on flat for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on if you're pulling yourself with your arms on the handle bar, making it so that you are not actually running!. If you go significantly slower on an incline, you should use no incline whatsoeverWww@Answer-Health@Com

Anything that increases the intensity of the exercise will burn more calories -- increasing speed, resistance, incline, not holding on, et cetera!. The harder you have to work, the more calories you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every thing works you just gotta keep doing it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
