Question: Seated Arnold Dumbbell presses or Seated Military press!?
Which exercise is good for me!? I do not want to build bulk, only strength!. Which one is better to build strength and not bulk!?Seated Arnold Dumbbell presses or Seated Military press!. I want to look cut and toned!. For basketball!? Not body builder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seated military press would allow you to use more weight (provided you use a barbell), so they would be better for building strength!. However, if you are looking to get toned and increase definition, then you will need to work on cardio and a good diet!. Arnold presses and military presses build muscle, but you won't see that muscle unless you burn the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Arnold Presses can sometimes irritate the rotater cuff (due to the pronatng of the wrists), I would stick to the military presses!. Although I used to do both when I was heavy into bodybuilding, and had some pretty good shoulder development!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
