Why cant I lose Weight!!?!


Question: Why cant I lose Weight!!!?
i run/jog 3 miles a day plus what we do in bball and softball at school!.!.i eat healthy!.!.!.and only drink 2 sodas a week!.!. i workout by lifting weights and by doing tohe tv progam things wit my mom like the bender ball!.!.etc!.!.!.!.and im 13 and i weigh 125Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats a healthy weight if you are tall!. I'm 14 and I weight 125 and I'm 5'5 ish!. Your weight doesn't matter!. It seems like you are doing a great job exercising so maybe you are gaining muscle and toning your body!. Health is much more important than weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt you need to lose weight!. With all that you do you probably have alot of muscle which weighs more than fat!. You may just have some baby fat still!. Keep being so active and during high school your baby fat will come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe your just eating more then you realise lots of hidden calories in some things or maybe its the muscle but you would know if you needed to lose weight or not as if it was just the muscle you would know an not be asking why you cant lose weight as you wouldnt look like you have spare tyre so to speak maybe cut out sweets for awhile eat more fruit drink more water less salt too much salt can cause bloating make you look bigger then you areWww@Answer-Health@Com
