Will running help??!
Question: Will running help!?!?
will jogging and a lil bit of walking for 30 min each day for 8 weeks give me a flat stomach!?!? ive been eating really healthy too and snacking on almonds throughout the day!. is 30 min enough!? i just want my abs to be really toned!. i do ab exercises too!. any tips will be appreciated! thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

good job on the ab excersices and the diet but i dont think 30 minutes is enough just because you have stored energy and in the first 20-25 minutes all u burn is stored energy where anywhere from after that you start burning actual fat! ur recommeded to walk and jog about 60-80 a day!. I personally jog at 5!.5 speed and in an hour i can get 5 miles done, try that and when you start to get tired, slow it down to 4!.5 or 4!.0 for 2 minutes then crank it back up to 5!.5 again! go to a gym that has tvs so u have something to do while running cuz it can get boring, oh and lift weights and work out before u start to run , that way u burn off a lot of stored energy already so u burn even more fat while running! hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
