Have any good diet tips/ tricks that work?!


Question: Have any good diet tips/ tricks that work!?
I am 15, and trying to shed about 10 pounds and tone up for the summer!!!(i have about a month and a half) i weigh 118 right now!. do you think its do-able!?

i know wthere is no quick fix for weight loss, but I could really use some good tips and encouragement!

like:
what are some good foods to buy from the grocerie store to take to school for lunch!?

do you recomend any certain foods, or food i should avoid!?

what at home/ outside excersices could i do!?(i already know running)

or just any helpfull information! please =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you do everything in moderation, losing weight in a harmful way will often come back in time, even worse than before

begin exercising, and consuming less calories per day in smaller portions more often instead of 2 big meals, eat 5-6 small meals!.!.!. try to consume something every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going!.

since you are a girl, lift light weights and do eliptical,jogging/biking/stepmasters, any type of cardio

eat, apples, bran, bananas, juice, water, broccoli, and other vegetables
stay away from fried foods/french fries and sugar

sleep more at night, make sure you get at least 8-9 hours because this is when your body recovers!.

eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up or your body will start eating at your muscle(not fat)

water is a miracle thing, it is one of the best detox things out there and has no side effects!.!.!.!. drink green tea, cut down on dressings!.

find out if hormone balancing will help your body fight fat, the wrong amount of estrogen/testosterone in your body can kill your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay away from sodas and junk!.!.!. eat fruit and veggies, and eat high fiber so you aren't as hungry!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my mum went on a diet and all she did was not eat nything like cheese or butter and set a mark and if the calories are over that she wouldnt eat it so set like i guidelineWww@Answer-Health@Com

haha, i just find this funny cuz i spent foooooreeever getting to 118 pounds and i'm really happy w/ my weight now
but w/e
some exersizes you can do are dddefinitly weight training
and running is great
but roller skating is actually reallly good for toning your legs, burns a lot of cals and is fun!

eat alot of carrots/greens!. atencially u need to cut down on fats!. say to your-self i will die if i don't act now or even im dying now and my only medecine is vegetables but hey! don't feed on vegetables all day you need to get sugar (15%) carbs (40%) and energy (45%) hope this helped remember keep that thought! i had obesity trouble as well these tips made me way only 87 kilos (used to way 126 kilos) thxWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i'm 15 also!.!.and i've been eating wraps at school, idk if u have those at urs, but wraps you can put lettuce, tomatoe, peppers, chesse, lunch meat, mustard, mayonaise, and a bunch of other stuff!.!.and the wraps come in sorts of flavors!.!.they're pretty good!.
and i've lost some fat from that!.!.
and i do some weight lifting, and i play street hockey, so that's some running and stuff!.!.
but that's just me, just try and eat healthy, watch the carbs, and don't eat junk food, and pop!.!.have some green tea, water!.!.!.protein shakes after workouts!.!.!.stuff like that, just eat right, and stay active!.!.that's my adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

(example : meat,coconut,something(fried),,,etc)
you have to eat many fruit and many vegetales**
