when i ask ppl what i can do for a tighter tummy!.!.better abs!.!.ect!. they usually just give me a website but in that website there is usually a book but u have to buy it!.!.i dont want to buy anything! i want to read how I can get greater abs!.!.tighter tummy!.!.and less belly flab by just reading an artical not paying $40!!! like this website right here!.!.it looks great but if u go to the buttom it wants u to buy the book!.!.!.!.
