I just ate 10 large strawberries with 3 teaspoons of sugar!.

I don't understand how a natural fruit can be so many calories!. The sugar is what adds the calories, I hope the girl that answered before me is wrong, Sorry) because I eat fruit all day long!. I know there has to be some, but 259 per strawberry!? Say it isn't so!!!
EDIT; It isn't so!. I just put in "strawberries and calories" on the web site and found out there are only 28 calories per fresh strawberries!. phew, I was worried there, Adding sugar of course will be more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

so 259 times 10 = 2,590 calories!.!.!.!. WOW!!!!

Actually each strawberry has about 28 calories in it but since you say you at large ones I'd say about 35 each!. Add on 15 calories per teaspoon and I'd say you consumed about 395 calories total!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
