Weight loss question?????!


Question: Weight loss question!?!?!?!?!?
What is a good diet / exercise plan that has worked for you!? I have 3 young kids and work full time so it is hard for me to get anything done when they are up and I live 30 min away from a gym!. Serious answers ONLY!. Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eating Healthy: Here are some ideas for healthy meals!.!.!.
Breakfast-any kind of fruit(ew) healthy cerial like fiber 1 or cornflakes with sliced up strawberries in it!. Also you could take normal fruit yogurt and freeze it!. Its soooo good

Lunch- Salads are great! Put lots of different vegetables in, remember the more color the healthier it is!. Try to keep the dressing low fat (oil and vinegar is great) but it you want the dressing to be ranch or cesar thats okay!. Put it in a cup on the side and dip your fork in it before spearing the salad!. This way you get the dressing but don't use too much!. Frozen burritos are also really good (preferabley no cheese)

Dinner- I love pasta but its really bad to eat all of those carbs so i like to use wheat pasta!. It's not good on its own but you need the perfect sauce!. The trick to getting vegetables in is to get stuff like onion and green/red/yellow peppers!. Chop them up small and mix them into a tomato sauce!. Season with garlic and oregano (and a little hot pepper flakes if you like it spicy) It's amazing! so filling a really good as a leftover!. Also always mix brown rice and white rice instead of just white and always use olive oil or smart balance instead of butter!. Another good dinner would be veal burgers with chopped veggies!.(use red/yellow/green peppers, carrots, onions) in them!.

Now for working out!.!.!.!.i would suggest going to the gym and getting a membership because there are a couple different machines that have abb excersizes that are great!. If you do these regularly then you will most definately lose your rolls!.
The first machine is a crunch machine!. You can set it on different weights and it allows you to do crunches without hurting your back and working your stomach to the full potential!.
There are other machines to work other parts of your stomach so f/r if you'd like to here about more!.
