How can i stay motivated and not be so tired all day..?!

How can i stay motivated and not be so tired all day..?

The only time i get a chance to go to the gym is at about 6 o'clock every morning when my stepdad goes. The problems are that i can't ever seem to get to sleep teh night before, I'm not motivated enough to get up to go, and when i do go i am soo tired all day and if i take a nap i cant sleep at night. I really want to lose weight so that i can feel comfortable but i just cant seem to stay motivated and am always worn out and tired. Help anyone?


Answers:

Look for alternatives besides going to the gym. I'm feelin that you're not that excited in going there. If you're not, then dont. You could still jog, or do some weights at home. Just be creative! Maybe you need to adjust your schedule. Your body might not be ready at 6 a.m, but at 8. Or maybe you'd be more excited if you go with a friend.
Have fun while exercising. That way, it wont feel so tiresome. Dont forget to have a light breakfast, too.
Most of all, picture yourself with a 6-pack...and girls drooling at the sight of a more delicious you.lol.
I'm sure that'll make you motivated to lose weight.
