Resonable Weight Loss Target ?
I am 16 years old, male, about 5'10 or 5'11, and I weigh 225. I have 2 1/2 months to lose some weight, but I am struggling to find a target to work towards. I want to lose at least 30-40 pounds, but I don't know if that is reasonable...any suggestions ?? Thanks in advance.

3 or 5 lbs at a time will cause your big goal to come along much quicker if you focus on that 3-5 lbs (causing you to think that this amount is really easy!) as your goal (after deciding the info that you mentioned to us. Find a height/weight chart.)
After you lose that 3 lbs, immediately start on your next goal of 3 lbs until you get to your target or major goal.
Also, remember to find a good, healthy diet that will allow you to stay slim & healthy that isn't too hard for you & that will fit your personal lifestyle. The yo-yo dieting of lose, gain, lose, gain is depressing, & extremely unhealthy.
