When will my body stop starvation mode and make me skinny?!


Question: When will my body stop starvation mode and make me skinny!?
I've been starving and fasting for 4 weeks and for the firsty 2 weeks i lost 10lbs but now i cant lose a gram!!!

When will my body understand that i wont feed it more than 500cals again and when iwll it start using my stored fats!?!?!?

I am so frustrated!!!

and there is not way i am eating normal again!!

first, make sure ur actually eating, because if you dont your body will get bigger!. eat little snacks at least 6 times a day, that way ur body is getting nutrition, but ur metabolism has time to process food!. drink a lot of water, and especially protien waters,they give u the balance ur bodie needs, without the fat and calories!. K2O protien water by special K works well!. start working out, also!. but make sure if ur going to walk run or condition, that u eat! the worst thing u can do to ur bodie is dehydrate it and run out of steam!. make sure u eat little things like fruits and veggies for your snacks and if u r willing to, 100 calorie packs!.

wat ever u do, stop starving urself, and talk to a docter if symptoms increase, or stay for a month after u begin working protien and energy into ur diet, and start working out!!!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.

You need help!.!.that's not the healthy way to lose weight!.
That's how your hair starts falling out and your skin starts turning yellow!!.!.Do you want that to happen to you!? I'm sure guys like their women fit but I'm even more sure they like a woman with HAIR! and regular skin!

Diet and exercise is the key!.!.so stop trying to take the easy way out because if you do it like that you're putting your health at risk!.

well first of all starving yourself is not going to work it is just going to make you bigger!. eat six small meals a day 3 servings of fruit 3 servings of vegetables!. and try to become a temporary vegetarian that will help you lose alot of weight!. i tried it and it worked

That is impossible!. Unless you somehow manage to burn less than 500 calories a day you are counting wrong!.

The best way to get your body to burn fat reservres is to not at all for just a few days!.
Fasting for 4 weeks is just damaging your body!.
But honeslty if you have not lost any weight in the past two weeks you are not fasting!.!. Unless your body holds the secrect to free energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself in my opinion a terrible way to lose weight!. Your metabolism is dependent on the food you eat and the exercise you do!. If you skip out on eating, you can't do much exercising!.

Maybe the food you thought was normal just wasn't!. If you could live on just wheat products, vegetables, meat if you like (and you know what kind to eat) and water, that's as normal as it gets!.

With a stable diet like that, your metabolism gets back in shape, you have more energy then you'd get from eating candy, and add some exercise, you should be losing weight twice as fast!.

With eating proper carbs, you have enough energy to lose the weight you gain plus a bit more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
