Question: Is this good for today!? please help, easy 10 points! (:!?
190 cal weight watchers muffin
tortilla chips- im guessing a serving around 300 cals!?
two very healthy small chicken tacos-650 cals total!.


and maybe later tonight ill have a bowl of special k cereal if i get hungry!. i havent had the chicken tacos yet!.!.thats my dinner!.
so is that okay!?

also for my workout, i ran 5!.5mph 2 miles straight then walked at 3!.5 for !.2 of a mile!. so total of 2!.2 miles!.
then i stationary biked at level 6 fr 7!.5 miles!.
then did 250 crunches!.
and all the machines at the gym (butt, legs, thighs, hips, arms, shoulders, back)

so is that good for tday!? how many calories total is all that!?

i ate extremely bad yesterday so i hope today kind of compensates for that!.!.!.

im 125 pds, 5'4!.5'', and 17 years old!.

Thats very good for today!. You had enouph calories!.!.!. but not to many!. And you had a good time of exersize!. If u eat like u did today everyday!.!.!. u should matain the same weght!.!.!. or even lose weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

good eating habits
but don't workout every muscle group in one day because you won't see any major results for a really long time

workout maybe for less time,
but more often in the week
and do max 3 muscle groups a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is definatly healthy you have mantained a balanced diet while considerin calorie intake and exercise, although it is good to think about this i think you shouldnt obsess over calories it can star an eating disordor even if it's minor its alright to be abit un healthy!.
remember try to eat five a day (diff colour groups)
