Question: Sit-ups questions!?
I am wondering how many sit-ups per day or week would you recommand for overweight female!?

she'll build a layer of muscle under the fat, adn it will be harder to lose teh fat!. She needs to concetrate on cardio, walking, jogging, running, biking, jumping rope, elliptical, stair stepper!.
Aim to burn at min!. 400 calories, three days a week!. (about 30 minutes a day give or take, and also depends on how hard you're working!.
Then I'd suggest three days a week to do strength training (situps) Id do no more than 60 a day until the weight is coming down some more, than you can do up to 1000 if you want!.!.!.depends on your specific goals!.!.!. obviously not at one time!. I do about 1500 a day now!. I do 500 in the morning before anyhting else, 500 when I get home from work, and 500 before bed!. I do a variety of ab exercises to achieve the 1500!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can do all situps you want it isn't going to change a thing
b/c everyone has ab muscles the only thing is that most of our ab muscles are covered by the layers of fat
since you are overweight, you NEED TO DO CARDIO such as walking or jogging 30 mins a day three days a week to get rid off those fat

None!. Sit ups will only wreck your back!. Sooner or later you'll have back problems!. Do crunches instead!. Or do this exercise!. Lay down, lift leg up halfway, then with right leg, stretch out leg in and out!. Just pretend the right leg is like your left leg and then just stretch out!. Do this 20 times each leg!. Hi, exercise without watching what you eat is fruitless so do both,incorporate some walking into your daily exercise as well as your sit ups and you will look fantastic in no time!.Just build up your sit ups,say you start at 20 and over the next few weeks build up to 50 or so,just don't overdo it!.Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
