Question:

How can i loose fat in my stomache ONLY!?!?!?

when i diet and exericise, I seem to loose weight in my butt, i dont wanna loose my butt, i like my butt size! everytime i do stomache exercises, my stomache stays the same and i feel the pain in my butt not my stomache!

My stomache is very fatty and i only wanna lose weight there! im happy with the rest of my body!
PLEASE HELP ME! i need to loose my tummy fat FAST!

You can't spot reduce fat. To lose the fat on your stomach, you need to step up the cardio (at least 45-60 min 3-4 times/wk). If you get bored, mix it up- swimming, walking, jogging, biking, etc.
Also, keep doing your stomach exercises to tone the muscles under your fat. Once the layer of fat comes off, you'll be able to see the muscle.
I've also found that hula hoops are a great aerobic workout and help tone your hips and stomach.
To keep your butt, do lots of lunges and squats. This will firm up your butt and keep it round.
