Is that normal???!


Question: Is that normal!?!?!?
well i've been rly hungry lately!.!.!. im 13 and we had this school sports trip - first day i played some badminton, than yesterday we did lots of running/sprints/jumping and today 4 or 5 badminton games/lots of just practising badminton and a bit of running!.!.!. this is what i ate today:

breakfast:
plain jogurt with a bit of granola cereal and fruit salad

snack:
apple

lunch:
3 pieces of small veggie pizza

dinner:
regular hamburger and a piece of chocolate cake

but when i got home i got real hungry:
i ate:

an ice cream cone (230 kcals)

glass of skim milk

maybe like a bit more than handfull of peanuts in chili

lke 9 dry prunes

3 small strawberry jogurts (61 kcal each)

do u think thats real bad!?

is it possible that ill gain weight!?

I think that is a lot of junk food!. You should eat more fruits and vegetables!. Get rid of the hamburgers, pizza and sodas to be more healthy!. If you need to lose weight you should definitely cut them!. However, if you do lots of sports every once in a while it won't hurt and will keep you from binging and regretting it!. So take them in moderation!. By the way, you said it right!. Its kcalories (that's the scientific unit), people just call it calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diet soda is supposed to slow ur liver down or something so u could possibly gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat that much, today you may have excersised alot so you probably wont gain much weight but tomarrow you might not be playing sports and end up wanting to eat alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is only normal if you aren't hungry at night!. You use a lot of the energy you get from foods to play all kinds of sports!. Never overeat but don't undereat!. It takes time to find out how much to eat without getting hungry!. Test different types of eating healthy and see if you get hungry at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest if your that hungry start eating healthier foods that way you wont be hungry, you will have more energy and you can still fit into those blue jeans, LOL had to say that but just eat junk food just ounce or twice a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

looks like you actually tend to dehydrate yourself!.!.!.drink lots of water and green tea in betweens!.!.green tea surely aids as a diuretic and also curbs excess hunger!.!.since you are very much into games,please swallow a fish oil pill during breakfast ok!?it not only works with green tea to reduce excess hunger but also guards you muscles and joints against soreness!.!.no more soda pls!Www@Answer-Health@Com
