Question: Why is it that!.!.!.!.!.!?
Why is that before I did my 2 hour workout, I weighed 240 LBS and when I finished my workout and reweighed myself I weighted 244 LBS
My workout consisted of (Approximate Times):
45 Minutes Running [Treadmill]
15 minutes [Free weights]

I have no idea how you could drink enough water to gain four pounds but I'm guessing it's possible!. However, I wonder if you considered~ maybe the scale is wrong!. Either that or maybe you had a different amount of clothing on before!. One time I had accidentaly leaned against something and it of course affected it then!. Maybe you could have been standing on the scales differently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it is just water weight, recheck yourself in the mornings after your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle weighs more than fat! So that probably means that you got 4 pounds of muscle!
