How can i become more flexible?!

How can i become more flexible?
i am pretty flexible but i want to be able to do a full split with both my legs, i can only do it with the left leg in front. and i also would like to be able to do a middle split. thanks for anything you have to offer.

well in cheer our coach wants us to be able to do that too so you sit on the floor in a middle split(stradle) and reach for your left foot, then your right foot, then reach forward as far as you can (count to 10 for each) if you do it when you get out of the shower it really helps too.
