im 5!.11 and 10 stone!.!.but i wanna lose a few pounds before summer!.the only thing is i am a lucozade addict i drink one or two bottles a day but eat no sweets choco!.!.!.!.!.!.is it very fattening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not fattening per se, but it is loaded with sugar, so if you are counting calouries this is a no no, try diet lemonade or any other diet softdrink, pepsi max has the pretend sugar in it so its bearly got any calouries, have a look on the labels for the energy part, that means calouries too, hope this helps and goodluck with your couple of pounds, being so tall you can carry weight much better than us vertically challenged (short) people, isnt it funny all this pollitically correct way of speaking, you are no longer allowed to say postman, it has to be postperson, etc!., it cracks me up, but thats what happens when you let the lunatics run the assylum lol!
