Okay im a 15 year old who ways 70 something kg and i need to lose it!.

I'm sick of the constant fat jokes!.!.!.!. i mean its getting to a point where the only happiness i find is when theres a knife in my wrist cutting my veins open!.!.!.

Okay so please help with this!.!.!.!.

I just a need a one of those diet experts to help me with mine like what i should eat how many times i should excercise!.!.!. and before you tell me to ask my parents to find one i already did and they said u should be thinking about ur studies blah blah blah!.!.!.!. anyway could u please add my msn and email me about exactly what i should eat and coukld u make me a work out timetable!.!.!. i no it seems like a lot but i really need ur help!.!.!.

You need at least thirty min!. of exercise a day!. i would start off by walking a and working your way up on a faster pace of walking!. Also eating healthy and porpotion size of foods no more fast foods as well there just plain bad for you and you should stop drinking soda and carbenated drinks i know its hard at first but if your not around the foods or drinks you wont be tempted as much also if you do start a diet dont get frustrauted if you dont lose a pound in a month or w/e cause it took you 15 yrs to gain those pounds its not going to happen over night just hang in there (you can do it =] ) hope i helped good luck =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

u should eat healthier!. like eat fruit, and only stuff that doesn't have much fat or sugar!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.
