Question: Is this a good way to get fit and lose weight!?
I am 13 (14 in June), about 5'7, and i weight 54kg!.
and here is my plan!.!.
EVERY WEEK UNTIL SUMMER VACATION!.!.!.
Athletics (sprints and high jump) for 1!.5 hours on!.!.
Monday - at 15:30
Thursday - at 15:30
Saturday - at 9:00
Trampolining, possibly, everyday for about 10-15 mins
