Question: How do you dedicate yourself to an all health food "diet"!?
I'm not trying to loose weight I'm super skinny- I just want to be healthy!. Oh and what r some good healthy snacks!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

fresh fruits and vegetables !.!. good organic !.!. lots of water !.!. try a new fruit to see if you like it or not !.!. when I leave without having breakfast (should not) I take a fruit & yogurt bar with me !.!. stick to the simple foods no sauces no condiments no sodas !.!. have jello with fruit and applesauce single serving snacks at my deskWww@Answer-Health@Com
