Question: Average Inches/weight&height!?
I am 5'3 and 114 pounds!.
My inches are 34,26,37!.
Comments!? I feel I need to lose about 100 pounds/
I am White and I feel whites aresopposed to be less curvacious(Sp!?)!.

and i did my BMI and its barely average!.
like under weight was 18!.
and i had 20!. so we are normal!.

Are you sure you want to lose 100 pounds, cause then you really wouldnt exist!. I think you meant 10!.!.so ill just pretend you wanted to be 10 pounds lighter!.
Anyywayysss, eat leaner foods like fish, soups, lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, high fibre, and never eat carbs and protein together, it makes it worse!
This will surely keep you full!. To increase your metabolism, eat 3 smaller meals than usual, and about 3 healthy snacks like fruit, granola etc!. Cut out soda, and sugary juice!.

At 5'3 your ideal weight would be 115 lbs so your weight is excellent and you don't need to lose even a small amount such as 10 lbs!.
If you try to lose 100 lbs you will be dead a long time before you get down to 14 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
