Question: Pills!!? HELP! 10 points!!?
I am consuming about 1,000 calories per day and lost 8 pounds so far!.
I am 5'9 female and weigh 132 pounds!.
If i dont get down to 120 or less by the end of May i wan't to go on a slimfast drink replacment for breakfast, lunch, dinner and eat veggies only and take pills for nutrition replacments!.
How much weigh will i lose doing this for two weeks!?

That answear all depends on your body!. females have a harder time loosing weight due to their hormones!. Now with only eating 1000 calories you may be loosing weight but what type of weight!. If you body is not getting the food that it needs just for basic operation your body will start using muscle protein to feed it's self!. Your body will start thinking that it is starving and not take the weight off of where you want it to take the weight off of!. I would not go below 1200 calories a day!. and do plenty of exercise!. After you exercise eat just a little food!. The food will keep your metabolisim going and you will burn more calories even after your evercise!. So to give you a time frame is hard!. The first 8 - 10 pounds will only be water weight!. When you start seeing your weight lose slow down that is when you are loosing real weight!. Good luck on your effortsWww@Answer-Health@Com

its not just about how much you eat!. you can eat whatever you like, and still lose weight, as long as your working out wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

eating breakfast makes your metabolism go faster, eat breakfast, then drink slimfasts, eat'drink vinegar if you can, that speeds up your metabolism a LOT, and helps you loosing weight!. if you do that you can prolly get down to 120Www@Answer-Health@Com

You lose it fast at first as you lose all the extra water your carrying around!. sweat it out!. Dont waste the time with the drinks you'll look like crap and feel it too!. Salads and lots of fruit and get running cardio is the best thing!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I really don't think you should be on a wigh-loss pill when you're weigh-loss goal isn't that humongous!.
Pills of any kind are not all that good for you
and you can lose 12 pounds w/o them!.
Oh and btw!. I'm only 5'6'ish and I weigh 120 punds!.!. AND i'm only fifteen!. And I am actually very slim!. So i don't think 120 punds will be all that healthy for you!. Go for like 125 or so!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

of course you will loose weight faster when beginning a new diet but all you are actually loosing at this stage is water!.!.!.weight loss is slow just like weigh gain is and you can really only expect to loose 1kg (2!.2 pound)a week, loosing it any faster happens sometimes but it almost always comes back!.!.=) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Rose, you are hurting yourself and dieting irresponsibly!.

1) At 5'9", 132 is quite low enough!.
2) 1000 calories a day is not healthy for any teen or adult!.
3) Losing 8 pounds in 2 weeks is irresponsible -- too fast!.

Please, talk to someone about your need to be ultra thin (unhealthy)!.

Please, please be careful!. Trying to lose that much weight by that short of time isn't good for your body!.

If you skip meals, it causes your body to go into 'starvation mode' and it hordes calories & fat in order to keep your organs functioning!. Eating only veggies will not help, as they don't have the nutrients that our bodies need (even if you're taking vitamins with them!.)

What is likely to happen- and usually does- is you'll GAIN weight rather than losing it!.

I know it sounds crazy, but the best method for dropping weight quick is to eat every 2-3 hours!. Something the size of your fist!. No junk food! Like an apple, a small piece of chicken, ect!.

My parents did that diet and they were dropping weight like I never knew possible! And it was completely healthy, too, because they simply skipped high carb things like potatoes, and sugary things!. I think the diet was called "Fit For Life" or something like that!.

Also, I must add- honey, you are not fat!! I am 5'7", weigh 125 lbs and I'm a model!. 120lbs on a 5'9" woman isn't going to look healthy- and if you don't keep your body nurished, your skin will look sallow & nasty!.

Please, be careful with your weight loss & love your body, no matter what weight you are!

You must be skin and bones!. And 1000 calories a day is NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP YOUR BRAIN FUNCTIONING!.

You don't need to take pills!. You just need to workout for about 1 hour or more!. You also need to eat healthier foods and more water!. The wait should come right off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
