Weight Watchers zero point soup?!
Question: Weight Watchers zero point soup!?
I'm going to make zero point soup from the Weight Watchers website and I wanted to know if I had 2 servings (two cups) in one sitting, would that be more then zero points!? How much can I eat before it starts to become points!? I don't know hoe many points veggies are, I think that's the problem!.
Also, another Weight Watcher question!. Say I have an english muffin that is worth one point for breakfast, then have another one later in the day!. Seperate, they are 1 point each, but if you add the cal/fat/fiber of both at one time, it would be 3 points!. Do I count these points as 2 or 3!? I do this a lot in the day (eat the same things that combined make more points)!. Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
