the other day i did a 12 min run non stop and the next day my calves, thighs, under my thighs started hurting and i cant walk and bend my legs cuz it will hurt my muscles, how can i get rid of the pain b4 monday cuz i have a fitnes test to do and i wanna beast my old recordsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch out just before you sleep & first thing before you get out of bed for a couple of mins!. !. Drink lots of water, this will speed up recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Soak in a hot tub!. Old-fashioned Epsom salts dissolved in a warm tub work great for muscle pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
