Benefits of ab crunches?!
Question: Benefits of ab crunches!?
I have been doing crunches and latteral leg raises for about a month crunches 100 day and 50 leg raises (cause they hurt like crazy)

If you don't combine it with some Cardio, nothing really, you need to burn calories around the that section of your body or you won't ever get an results!. Save the fact you will have REALLY ripped abs underneath your stomach fat :S j/k

also increase the amount of crunches, 100 isn't really alot unless your adding weight to it!.

you can only gain so much with regular crunches and leg raises!. to gain size you want to be doing low reps heavy weights!. not sure what you mean by lateral leg raises but try doing hanging leg raises, then instead of crunches go to the gym and use a couple of their machines with added resistance!. or you could just put weight on your chest or use elastic bandsWww@Answer-Health@Com
