Question: Great diets!?!?
I just found out that I have an important reunion to go to in one month!. I want to lose 20-30 pounds!. I exercise 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week, and I eat well!. It's not working as fast as I need!. Please help!. Any advice!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise longer, do a combination of cardio and weight lifting!.
the cardio is the burn calories and the weighlifting is to increase muscle mass to replace the fat!.
