How to curb cravings?!


Question: How to curb cravings!?
I'm really trying to lose weight but when I come home from school (about 4PM after being up since 5:45AM) and I'm not really hungry but I don't eat dinner until 7PM and I eat lunch at 11AM!.
What can I do to curb cravings!? If I eat an apple, I don't feel satisfied and I go on a binge eating 500+ calories!.
I try to eat healthy but I become bored easily and I also eat when I'm depressed!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking some form of liquid (preferably water)
really helps to fill up an empty stomach!.
If you're not a huge fan of water, add some juice
to it, or try a glass of milk!.

Otherwise, try occupying yourself!.
Make plans with friends, do your homework,
take a walk!.!.!.just keep moving!.
Looking at pictures of food on television or in magazines
isn't the best way to spend time!.

If you eat when you're depressed,
go straight to the source!.
Think about why exactly you're depressed!.
If it's a family issue of some sort,
talk to someone you know and trust!.
They can help out, and you can resolve

Personally I love Muscle Milk, and have used to to loose weight with for many years!.!.!. It has medium chain triglycerides, which are too short to be stored as fat, so they are used as energy instead!. Research also tells us that if you replace 1/3 to 1/2 of your calorie intake with medium chain triglycerides you will loose weight!.!.!.

Also, if that does not work for you, anything with a little fat, and/or bulk should fill you up and satisfy your appetite cravings!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should work out more!. that curbs appetite and gives you energy and helps you sleep better at night!. just take a jog and do a few pushups and sit ups dailyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I occasionally go on green smoothie kicks!. I blend romaine, spinach, or spring greens, with banana and fruit and water!. I try to add enough fruit that even though it looks scary, it tastes great!. I can make a huge blenderful and drink a few cups now and another later!. I make sure it is delicious!. I try to do it when my family is not around, because they drink it all and then I'm out of fruits and greens!. I'm not trying to lose weight, but I've noticed that during my kicks, I don't have cravings and I usually unexpectedly lose weight anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
