I need to lose weight....now!?!


Question: I need to lose weight!.!.!.!.now!!?
I'm finding it hard to lose weight right now, but I really need to kick-start my weight loss ASAP for my holiday in late July!.

I'm a UK size 10 & I want to get down to an 8 by August, so I have roughly 3 months to do so!.
Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to lose weight!? What are some good fat-busting workout tips!? What are good workouts for toning/definition!? Food help!? Any advice would be very much welcomed!.

The gym is usually the best place to work out as you have a variety of machines and also help from the trainers etc!.

Although cycling with a friend, gentle jogging or even long power walks are a fantastic way to get fit!. Get some fast paced tunes on an MP3 player to work out to!.

Eat a normal breakfast, fresh, undressed salad for lunch and a balanced meal for dinner!. Dinner can be a piece of meat (such as fish, boiled chicken, red meat), vegetables and a protein!. Try and stick to this diet!. Reward yourself with a tasty treat (like a small bar of chocolate) if you manage to keep to your diet for a week!.

Stick to a balanced healthy diet!. If in doubt, snack on healthy food!. Don't skip breakfast, it'll only be worse!. Exercise regularly, get of the bus a stop early or park further from the supermarket, that sort of thing!. Don't lie to yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will just end up fatter than you are now, you can not lose weight fast, you don't put it on over night you can't lose it over night!.

high protein low carb diet
eat lots of veggies to supplement the carbs you are not eating

eat healthy proteins like chicken, eggs, and turkey

cut back on the fast food [saves money too :) ]

eat smaller meals more often so you're never hungry and indulge in something that might hinder your progress

one tip i can give is try not to work yourself too excessively hard and fast or your body will start burning glucose instead of fat!. If you want to burn fat, light workout sessions will work best (ex!. walks, light joggs)!. If you start working yourself to hard your body won't be able to burn the fat fast enough and will start burning glucose getting you nowhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

basically:
1) healthy eating-
not too many carbs
few as poss sugar and alcohol and bad fats
more protein

2) exercise- if poss three times a week as you're aiming for something, mixing interval training, aerobic and weights

3) most important- change of attitude!. You need to write down specific goals and the ways you are going to achieve them, and then be motivated and do it!.

At a size 10 you are perfectly fine!

However if you must insist on losing a little more weight, then I'd recommend an interval training programme!.

Don't worry, it's not as bad as it sounds, it's better infact!.

Depending on your fitness level, Jog for say, 10 minutes at first then speed up the pace for five, then slow down again for 10 minutes!.

This builds up stamina fast, and in the process tones fast!.

Try this 3 times a week!.

i used to be a size 12, typical lazy student/couch potatoe!. i needed a job coz i havent financial support of any kind so i worked as a bartender(5 months), had to lift tons of crates of drinks, every evening, so i got down to a size 10, after the summer holidays, i went to work as a chaimber maid(6 months) at a hotel where the boss really sucked, made us work to the bone almost, i got down to a size 8!. i've quited that work, but now i have tons of assignments, that leaves me with almost no time to think about anything else, and surprisingly i'm now a size 6!. so total it took me 1,5 years to get from a size 12 to a size 6!. btw, i'm 173cm, dont consider myself skinny, but dont look too bad either!. when i worked, i used to eat about 4000kcals a day, but now, maybe 2000kcals, but i do walk about alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
