Question: What can I do to get rid of my lower stomach!?
well I'm not fat but I dont like my stomach!.!.!.!.!.!.I do crunches but they don't help and if there is muscle after I do crunches!.!.!.it's for my upper stomach!.!.!.how can I loose my lower stomach or get muscles there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i assume your refurring to the little pocket of fat most girls have in their lower stomach!. this is caused by junkfood!.
cut out the junk food in your diet and it should slowly go away and keep up the sit ups! this worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
