Arizona green tea, is it healthy?!

Question:

Arizona green tea, is it healthy?

I agree drinking green tea is extremely healthy for you. In fact it seems not a week goes by where studies find more and more benefits of drinking green tea.

So my questions is specific to Arizona green tea. Aside from being loaded with sugar, are the major benefits of green tea still intact? Do they use a quality green tea when brewing it. Or is it just all marketing, packaging and hype? What is the quality of this drink?

Answers:

Arizona green tea does have real green tea ( it says "premium brewed") and it has ginseng in it. it lauds its "and Honey" ingredient but the fact is it also has High Fructose Corn Syrup and "natural flavors" (whatever those are....)
it has like 17x3 which is.... 41g of sugar per can (the 23.5 oz for you). i dunno. most of it is hype.

as for the taste... i'm frickin addicted to it. It's amazing.

But what you can do, to get more health benefits from tea, is to actually buy some tea bags yourself and brew it yourself in some hot water... i think since it's canned and not FRESHLY brewed it might not have all the value. Just add some honey, maybe some lemon, it should be really yummy.
