You shouldn't go on an actual diet at that age!. Instead, voice your concerns to your parents and ask them to moderate your eating!. If you have a family doctor, s/he can provide specific advice for you!. You probably are just overeating and not exercising enough!. So, just cut back on the amount and try to go outside and do things like biking and swimming more!.

Also, ignore all the ignorant insults!. I was a "fat kid" and got insulted all the time!. As an adult, I'm still overweight, but my medication has that as a side-effect, so it's hard to lose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick up a sport like soccer where you run around a lot and you wont have a problem maintaining a good figure!. You should not worry about your weight at your current age, but if it is a concern speak to your relatives about eating more healthy!. Also remember dieting is not a "thing" to do unless your in need of it (Ex:overweight)!. Even then you should only do it occasionally and no longer then a weeks period!. Simply make good food decisions and you will be fine!.
