If all you ate was three cucumbers a day, yes, you would lose weight pretty quickly!. However, the weight won't stay off!. People who try to lose weight by severely restricting calorie intake can never keep it off because their body forces them to gorge when they can't handle it anymore!. A lot of people underestimate the power their brain has over them and think they can control not eating for a long time!.

Your body will think you're starving, and when it sees an opportunity to "stock up", it will, and you won't be able to metabolize the food as efficiently because your body will want to store everything away, since it doesn't know when it will eat again!.

This can turn into a nasty cycle, causing you to binge on a weekly basis, and all your weight loss attempts will go down the drain!.

Cucumbers for a snack or to suppress an apetite before a meal, though, is a very good idea!. You can also try adding in more "negative calorie" foods, like lettuce, celery, salad stuff (with no dressing, crotons, or cheese)!. cucumbers are good, 10 calories in one kilo! They are mostly water!. But it would mean that you will consume about a 3 calories a day!? How do you think it's possible!? You need 1000 calories a day to support the working of your internal organs: heat beating, breathing, and so on!. If you pay in your bed for 24 hours, doing nothing, you body will consume 1000 calories!. So, you should start all the diets with the basic 1000!.
I predict that you will eat your three cucumbers, will get hungry and then overeat yourself!. Invent something different!.
Plus, cucumbers excite appetite - something in their smell!. Better than go for cabbage - 17 calories in one kilo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you wanna lose weight fast you could do it in a WEEK by drinking lemon juice all day guarantee that you'll lose up to 20 pounds!. but is to dangerous so maybe this: for breakfast eat egg whites with tomatoes,peppers n onions use olive oil to CoOK this ok!.after that if you are hungry you could snack on a apple or banana!.for lunch you could have a chicken breast with a side of vegetables!.after that if you get hungry again you coul have a piece of whole grain wheat bred or a turkey or ham slice!.and for dinner the same thing you had for lunch!.tip:drink as much water you can handle during the whole day thats another key to this diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight, eat cucumbers, watermelon, and/or celery!. They dont have much calories at all, so its like just something to satiate you!.
But I wouldnt reccomend it- its bad to eat just one thing for your meals!. Eat smaller portions of your normal meals, and you'll lose weight in a healthier way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cuccumber is a vit-E enriched food,and its free of fat and carbohydrate,it makes skin soft and shiny but you shouldn't eat only cuccumber in your daily diet as you need other nutrition too,but you can avoid fat and carbohydrate diet and take fibreric diet as much as possible for ur dieting!.
