Want nice abs and leg muscle.?

Whats a good schedule? I am 14 and weigh around 95 and am around 5'3. i eat healthy. This summer Ive stayed away from soda and fast foods. Do not tell me im to young. The docter said it would be good for me to work out my legs for soccer. My abs arent bad. They are just flat. My leg muscle isnt bad. I think I can leg press 195 [I didn't try going higher] but that was sort of pushing it. Once in a while I can go to the gym but only like once a week. Anyways whats a good schedule I can go by? Giving me the weekends off please.

ok man i am 16 and i am a 4 sport athlete
to national standards i am in elite and top physical condition

ok dude heres wut u can do to build muscle and bulk up without looking like a bodybuilder

ok run 2-5 miles every day (take 2 days off during the week)
do sprints 15-20 minutes
weight lift with lighter weights but more reps then slowly go to heavier weights.
do crunches and other abb workouts also try 6 inches it is a very good abb workout (email if u dont know what that is)
