Lost 9 kg in 2.5 months?!


Question: Lost 9 kg in 2!.5 months!?
I do HIIT work out 20 minutes a day and light strength training here and there!. I lost 9 kg or 19!.8 pounds in 2!.5 months!. Is my rate okish as far as getting rid of extra fat is concerned!?

I need to lose 6 kg more!. I dont how much time would that take!? I am eating clean food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your fat loss will slow down somewhat, but you might do it in another 2 months or so if nothing changes!. You are loosing fat in a healthy rate!. It is said, that it is not healty to loose more than ~2 pounds (1 kg) per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
