Question: I'm a 17 year old male and weight 280!?
I dont have money to go to gym or get equitment i need ideas to cut back food and how to work out with out equitmentWww@Answer-Health@Com

!.look its not easy but i started out my 7th grade year at 247 and only went up from there and graduated h!.s!. at 315 so just start out by taking walks one or two a day at least 30 minutes and every week ad 5 to 10 minutes to the walk till you get to an hour than pick up your pace!. because like dr!. told me your body doesn't shift gears until 20 Min's of exercise but just stick with it i didn't and at 34 i had my wake up call two weeks in ICU open heart and scare to prove it i got that second chance a lot of people r not that lucky if you drink soda switch to diet there goes twenty pounds right there water crystal light more fruit and veges smaller portions three meals and two snacks see your doctor for a list of what is called free foods and here is th e name of a couple of sites changingdiabetes-us!.com
and www!.calorieking!.com check out yeah i know diabetes that was not in my vocabulary either and the bam there it was but it is great info on keeping your daily diet in order really it dosent mean cutting out everything you love to eat because a lot of stuff i actually got to eat more there was day i could not eat everything on my plate because i was thanksgiving stuffed wowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im 16 and weighed 277 at one time!. To start out, eliminate sodas!. USE portion control and walk more!. I used to walk in my backyard for 60 minutes everyday!. Then I bought a treadmill a month ago and have been using that to walk on!. Im down to 245!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont know if this would work but just dont hang out in or right by a kitchen as much, like dont enter the house through the kitchen and u might be less tempted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
