Question: Good foods to put on muscle!?
Ive been going to a gym for a while now and the problem is I do not eat enough to put on much muscle!. I too have a fast motabolism

Buy some protein shake and take it after your work out!. That's what I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Beans on toast using brown bread!. Beans are a good source of protein, they also contain complex carbs as does brown bread!. If you're willing to splash out a bit more buy some whey protein and eat as much meat as possible, preferably chicken!. Ideally you should be consuming protein every three hours so eat regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
