Quick diet...?!

Quick diet...?

I really want to lose weight. I don't want to be super skinny, but I just want my stomach to be flat. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit and feel comfortable in it. Is there any way I can lose like...20 pounds? That will bring me down to 100 pounds, and I'm only like...5'1. I'm 13. Please don't tell me that I don't need to lose weight. I want to lose weight to feel confident in myself. Can you please give me a quick way to lose it? Thanks.

It's really hard to do sit ups since I have scoliosis. It hurts my back sometimes.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
