Question: Do you have to change your diet/eating in order to get abs!?
Hey,
To get abs, will I have to change my eating!? I'm not overweight, so my eating can't be that bad!. However I still eat junk food like Pizza and other fast food from time to time, and I drink coke/pepsi pretty frequently!. Will I have to cut this completely in order to get abs!?

Right now I run 5km a day, im doing 5-6 sets of crunches, leg raises for abs, and two other exercises for abs that I don't know the names for!.!.!.
My ab area is sore today, so I assume I worked it, but is this good enough!? How do I know how much to work my abs and how frequently should I do it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!. You are missing a critical point!. The abs are covered by a layer of fat!. In order for them to show this layer has to become much thinner than it is!.

All you are doing with your exercises is becoming more fit and strengthening muscle, however if you have a fat layer over this muscle it will not be visible!.

The running however is cardio and this is good for burning fat!. As your fat stores go down your abs will start showing!.

Nutrition (that's food) is responsible for 90% of the weight loss result!. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don't expect much!.
