Question: I been exersizing and dieting and nothing changes why!?
for about a mounth ive changeg my diet to nothing but healthy and low calorie foods and drinks

and i been exersizing 4-5 times a week and my wait has not decressed

my stomach is till this bick blob of fat and its sticking out further then it did before i started my dieting

Lean meats, plenty of raw, fresh veges!.!.!.drink only water, no soda, not even diet!. No juice!. Treat fruits like desserts at first!. Keep at it, you'll lose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to try counting your calories because you may be taking in more than you think!. You should be consuming no more than 1200!. Also, sometimes you may gain weight when you exersize due to muscle gain, so don't give up!. You may be bloated because it is that time of the month or it could be due to fibrous foods (like fruit)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u first have 2 luv ur self then u can move on 2 the next the step!. i had the same prob 4 years until i made up in my mind that this is what i wanted & i didn't buy healthy foods and drinks!. i cut out the sodas and the snacking and started eating more vegetables and fish!. i didn't go 2 gyms all i did was walk!. i would do my own warm up and sit ups at home!. i'm not saying that it will happen overnight but u must have patience and a determined mind if this is what u want!. u will have cravings 4 junk because this is what ur body is use 2!. give into a soda or maybe some ice cream once in awhile but don't over do it!. that's where the problem comes when we don't give in it get's harder and when we finally do we go over do it and we're back at sqaure 1 again!. keep ur head up and don't give up but remember always luv urself no matter what!. it's what's inside that counts!. even if u lose 2lbs in 1 week u will feel good and it give u the desire 2 want 2 keep and on going and it will get easier along the way!. just take ur time u know what u can so don't over work ur self because like i said it's not going to happen over night!. and then you will be ready for the gym to tone up that body!. only you can make ur self happy u can't depend on no one else to do that for u or u will be miserable ur whole entire life!. take it from someone who knows!. keep me updated or if ur feeling down feel free 2 write but don't give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
