Answers:
Matt Furey is/was a legitimate athlete and had respect as such in the wrestling community!. My son said he was one of the speakers at a wrestling camp sponsored by college (may have been Univ of Nebraska!?!?) five or so years ago!.

Having said that it seems that Furey and Pavel exaggerate at some points about how effective there exercise programs are!. Furey is too afraid of weights!.

Both Furey and Pavel promote programs of just a few exercies which claim too much for overall conditioning!. Not that they are bad exercises, but they don't work the whole body as claimed!.

Furey's "big three": quad focused squats, bridging, and hindu pushups -- don't help much with bicep, back, or hamstring strength!. To be fair, Furey's book covers additional exercises, but his claim that the big three are enough is wanting!. Major wrestling teams don't buy into this either!.

Nevertheless, I think Furey's materials are useful, and could provide a fresh variation from other kinds of workouts!.

Here is a review of CC at a sensible website!. http://www!.cbass!.com/Furey!.htm

One of the other answers mentioned Ross!. I've seen his website in the past and thought it looked good!. It seemed geared more toward boxing or high-intensity workouts, which I'm not sure those are your goals, but have not looked recently!.

While I'm a fan of strength training with weights, if you want to get started with some body weight exercises here are some helpful ones http://www!.weighttrainersunited!.com/geti!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the things that u see on TV are just scams form the people that made it to make money!. If I were U, I Will do the following!.

1!. See a doctor before u start any exercise program!.
2!. The money u would spend buying products or acquiring exercise programs from TV, net, radio and communication methods, I will pay a professional trainer and fallow their instruction!. Or you can take a weight training class in a community college and ask the coaches for a training program!.
I hope this info would be help full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
