Well you could analyze all the different reasons for working out at different times of day, but in the end, the only thing that matters is the time of day that works best for you!.

If you do a lot of strength work then you may benefit more from an early evening (or afternoon) workout!. This is also the least catabolic time of day!. The afternoon is also when your internal clock is at it's peak!. But most people work and have things to do afterwards!.!.!. Often feeling tired in the evenings!.

If you do more of an "average" type workout with higher rep ranges of 12 and up and/or mainly do cardio, you may benefit more from a morning workout!. There is also the benefit of having more energy throughout the day!. But some people can't get up early enough and may not be fully awak/alert to get in a good workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There really isn't one!. I opt for, whenever you feel most awake (if you're a morning person, the morning; if you're night person, at night, etc!.) Some people say no to morning workouts because there's an injury risk when you work out "cold" and you're still sleepy!.!.!.but the injury risk all but disappers when you warm up!. Others say no to late afternoon or evening workouts because exercise can make you stay awake longer!.!.!.but with some people exercise helps them wind down!. Whenever u get time and u r empty stomach!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.
