Answers:
ectomorphs usually overtrain easily!. their CNS (central nervous system) cannot take a lot of stress!. so you should limit weight training to 3 days per week!. train intense, heavy, and low volume (not a lot of sets)!. focus on the basic compound movements (bench, squat, deadlifts, chin ups)!.!.!. make sure you add calories accordingly (not more than 500 cals whenever you plataeu), and make sure to push yourself to lift heavier each week!. a 2 lb gain in strength per week might not seem like a lot, but it goes a long way!. imagine, in 2 years, you'd go up around 200 lbs on your lifts if it was a constant weekly increase (sadly, it's not linear and it never works that way, but i think you get my point!.)

hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are naturally slight in frame and you are right it is defined as body type ectomorph!. But you should still train as you can gain weight through weight training as you will gain muscle and muscle will help define your body shape better!. Your body is still growing and developing and a moderate weights programme would be beneficial!. Eat a good healthy diet as well that contains lean protein(meat, fish, eggs) as they will help you gain muscle more effectively!. You may never be a arnie swatzenegger with an ectomorph body shape however you can change your skinny physique to be more profiled and you will feel good and look better gaining muscle!. So its not just about eating more as you dont want to gain fat its muscle you want so you do need to train!. Good luck and enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
