HEaLthY DieT?!?!?!


Question: HEaLthY DieT!?!!?!!?
Eggs only have 70 calories and 1 carb so could i eat 6 eggs perday, 2 per meal and with every meal a half can of some green vegetable!? I am not the kind of girl who gets tired of certain foods especially if i am headed for something! :) This all should add up to about 1000 calories!. I am 13 and weigh 155 and i am headed for about 55- 45 pounds down!.

wait till your about 15-16 and than try dieting because you might lose the weight without exercise and diet because of exessive hormones your body makes as teenagerWww@Answer-Health@Com
