If you don't eat, your body will metabolise your MUSCLE, not just the fat!. Digesting muscle causes things like: fatigue, weakness, very distinctive bad breath caused by ketones (so everyone will know you aren't eating)!. Your metabolism will shut down, your organs will stop working properly!. You'll be cold, weak and sick!.

Chances are though, you'll get hungry after not eating for a while, a few hours or maybe a day, and then you'll binge and eat crap, and end up actually being fatter than you are now!.

If you need to, concentrate on losing FAT, not weight, through improved eating habits and moving your body more!.

You lose none, because as soon as you start eating you will but it all back on and then some!. When you starve yourself as soon as you start eating again your body store the fat instead of burning it!. Don't do something so stupid!. Eat a healthy diet and you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There HAVE been records of people losing hundreds of pounds from not eating, but only drinking fluids, but they were in a hospital the whole time, so doctors could monitor them!.

In all seriousness, you will be in the hospital if you don't eat for 14 days!. Please don't do this to your body, it cannot manage starvation for that length of time without some of your organs starting to shut down!. Just a very bad scene and weight loss will be the least of your worries at that point!. Why not just choose a sensible, lower calorie diet instead!? Please reconsider!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that will actually hurt you because as soon as you start eating again the body will take that food and convert it into fat right away instead of letting your body use it as energy because it's like "oh my god we're starving" and it thinks it needs to keep more fat so you can last longer if there's a food shortageWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dont try it!. u will drop dead!. 1st 2 day u will lose water content!. after that your organs will slowly start to shut down!.
The best way to loose weight is to do naturally!. The body will accept it better!. Take half the intake, eat half what u normally eat!. 3 light meals a day!. No sugar stuff!. Soft drinks are no good!. Plain water is the best!. No sweet drinks and no snack!. Do not eat between meals!. Have regular time meals!. Do not eat before bed!. No supper!. Breakfast is a must!. Take a light lunch!. A lighter dinner!. Less red meat, if possible take fish!. The best way to eat fish is to steam it!. More vegetables and take 2 kinds of fruits per day!. If u decide to stop meat a better replacement would to take beancurd!. You can caculate your body mass index (BMI) with a formula!.
