Question: How much weight should I put on!? How to do it!? Pictures, male, 16!.!?
I'm 16, 5"10 height, 28" waist and around 129 pounds!.!. My friends that are girls always describe me as "slight" but I'd like to get bigger, not fatter, just maybe more muscle, few more pounds!?

Okay, so how should I go about gaining weight/muscle, and how much should I gain!?

Hey, I'm 18 and I'm in my freshman year in college!. I'm a girl and I think that guys look a little better if they can gain a little bit of weight- so in my personal opinion you should try to gain a little!. You are very attractive- but you should definitely try to gain a bit!. Try lifting weights and eating more!. If you eat more and lift then you gain muscle mass!. Try joining a gym and getting a personal trainer- or go to the gym and research how to properly lift weights based on what you want to do with your body!. Ever thought of rowing!? Rowers develop pretty nice bodies!.!.!. just a thought!. lol!. Don't worry about gaining too much fat- I don't think you really could look too fat you probably have a fast metabolism!. Just try to work in lifting in your schedule!. Also, a lot of guys I know used to sort of look like you and they have filled out quite a bit!. So, give yourself a bit of time and you will fill out more into your body!. No worries- your attractive and you will get more so as life goes on- just try to stay healthy and everything shall be fine :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah!.!.!.!.!.!.eat more than usual and lift more than usual!. the more protein for lifting the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

erm well if i were you i would have a go at working out my bmi and then seein how much weight it suggests you should gain to be a "normal" weight- what ever that is!.

if you are quite active you may find it easier to gain muscle rather than flab because it will change into muscle but still that is added weight!.

Also try eating foods such as pasta- heavy carbs then going to the gym 4 light exercise or something!.
