What is the time that you should stop eating if you don't want to gain weight?!

What is the time that you should stop eating if you don't want to gain weight?

I heard it was at like 8:00pm, but I stop eating totally at 7:00pm. I'm not sure, I saw it on an episode of "Biggest Loser"


Answers:

I always advise 7:00, this way you're hungry to eat breakfast in the morning too.
