Hi, I'm 10, I weight 94!.8 lbs and am 4'9!. I play soccer, rugby and cricket!. After i've been running around (soccer and rugby) I get very tired!. How can I boost my stamina!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try stretching before and after you play, and eat lots of carbohydrates [bananas, yogurt, whole wheat pastas and brown rice, cereal] the night before you play or an hour or two pre-game!. That will give you a big boost of lasting energy instead of a temporary sugar rush!. Keep drinking water and avoid sports drinks!. Do a light jog/power walk before you play a game to get your muscles ready!. That should keep you energized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jump rope!. try doing it fo 5 minutes (1 min on 1 min off) you'll get a good workout jumpropingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Are you eating enough carbohydrates!? As well as a well balanced diet!? If you are going to be an athlete it is important to eat well and fuel your body correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

work up cardio, in other words jog daily for starts 5 minutes 3 times in one day, 2 weeks later 10 minutes and so on!. tht helped me A LOT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That age at that weight, I assume you are not getting enough fuel!. Eat more, remember to balance fibers with carbohydrates and proteins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
