Question: Pleeeaaas help I'm so embarrassed!!?
i measured my waist yesterday and i'm 26 and a half around!.!.!.12 years old, almost 13!.!.!.

the main reason i want help on how to loose wait pretty fast is because my 7th grade class is going to rocking horse ranch on a field trip for a day!.!.!.!.i guess it's a country club or something,feel free to correct me cuz i have no idea!.!.!.

this place has everything!.!.!. jacuzzi, heated indoor and outdoor pools, 150 foot waterslide,archery,horse riding, hiking[i love to hike],and a gazillion other things!.!.!.

we're gonna be there for like 10 hours!.!.!.and i plan on spending half my time doing water related stuff!.!.!.!.and i want to wear this two-piece bathing suit i got from abercrombie!.!.!.but i'm really self concious because i have flab that hangs over the bottom,I sorta have love handles, and my body is curvy, but in a weird way!.!.!.!.!.

yea, i know 12 years old!.!.!.!. but alot of us are developing fast!.!.!.

Answers:
Drink lots of watter, this will help flush things through your system, also green tea will help you shed what is lingering in your digestive track!. Avoid all fatty foods before the trip!. Eat lots of veggies and whole friut (juice is full of sugar and calories!.)
Excecize:
Lie on your back, take a beep breath, lift your legs about a foot off the ground, keep your shoulders on the floor!. Hold for 30 seconds while breathing, then put down your legs!.
Return to start position!. Lift your upper body as if you were doing a crunch but instead of reps just hold the position for 30 seconds and breath!.
Return to lying on your back!. put your feet down, knees up and push with your feet so your butt is lifted up off the floor but your shoulders are still on the floor!. you should feel this stretching your stomach muscles that shoulld by now feel a bit sore!.
Next return to the starting position and bring your knees to your chest!. keep your back flat on the floor and, you guessed it, hold for 30 seconds!.
This routine has hellped me loose inches FAST! try it and you will feel results almost instantly! I recomend a mat or pillow under your back, calming music, and scented candles to go with it!.
Suppplement with brisk walks, not jogging, Brisk walks burn just as manny calories as jogging but is easier on the knees!.
Many people will tell you that you are too young to worry about such things, but self confidence matters @ any age, as long as you know the difference between a healthy weight ans "too skinny" you are OK!. It's important to understand the risks of teen anorexia, but there is nothing wrong with getting in shape for a school trip where you will be wearing a bathing suit!.
Stay healthy, don't skip meals and take good care of you!
