Can i lose 10 pounds before summer ends?

can i lose up to 10 pounds before the summers over? and do you think i can get my stomach in shape and / or my arms smaller / thieghs =[[ i weigh 115 and i'm 13 standing at 5'1 but im trying to lose wiegh to get to 105 so please help

You certainly can! Aim for a two-pound-per-week weight loss, and you'll be done in 5 weeks. The amount you want to lose is reasonable, and as long as you do it over five weeks, its healthy.
Unfortunately, you can't decide where fat comes off, but you can tone the muscle in your problem areas. Limit yourself to 1500 calories per day and either walk or swim for an hour per day. Do a few sit ups or push ups to tone your arms if that's where your problem areas are. For someone your size, you should drink at least 6 full glasses of water, and stay of things that are high in sodium (salt).
